The Senior Sales Director is responsible for establishing, building, and nurturing contact with large-sized, named accounts to meet quotas and facilitate positive, long-term relationships. This role focuses on new business sales for Broadridge's enterprise services to Asset Management clients/prospects in France and the UK.

Responsibilities
  1. Establish, build, and maintain contact with Tier 1, 2, and 3 Asset Managers/Alternative Managers and Asset Servicers based in France and the UK to meet individual quotas and foster long-term relationships.
  2. Identify prospective new opportunities via industry events, cold calling, networking, cross-selling, etc.
  3. Promote products and solutions including:
    • Portfolio/Trade Order management technology supporting portfolio managers, traders, and investment operations teams.
    • Data Analytic Solutions for Product/Strategy and Distribution teams to optimize product management, strategy, and sales.
    • Regulatory reporting solutions to help Asset Managers comply with UK and EU regulations.
    • Corporate Actions Solutions for Proxy Voting and Securities Class Actions processing.
  4. Support and contribute to the Sales/Account Action Plan.
  5. Maintain and track a sales pipeline report to monitor opportunities.
  6. Engage in initial contact and prospect qualification.
  7. Lead or support presentations of Broadridge services to prospects.
  8. Participate in requirements/scoping meetings and assist with RFP responses.
  9. Obtain due diligence documentation from prospects.
  10. Collaborate with Legal to sign contracts.
  11. Work with the Conversions team for successful onboarding.
  12. Maintain records of all sales activities.
  13. Travel throughout EMEA for meetings and industry events.
Qualifications
  1. At least 5 years of experience selling software/services to French/UK Asset Managers.
  2. Existing industry network and a proven track record of large sales in Asset Management.
  3. Knowledge of buyside workflows, regulation, and technology.
  4. Ability to engage at senior management/C-suite levels.
  5. Fluent in French and English.
  6. Relevant experience in Financial Services software sales.
  7. Experience working with Asset Managers and in international markets.
  8. Ability to work across matrix organizations.
  9. Strategic, analytical, and highly commercial mindset.
