Over the past three years, we’ve built the technology, processes, and operational infrastructure to enable scalable growth. Now, with proven traction and repeatable results, we are entering a pivotal phase: expanding into new markets, accelerating deal flow, and professionalising our commercial engine.
The opportunity is huge. The UK residential market sees over £1 trillion in housing stock transact each year—much of it sold sub-optimally due to misaligned agency incentives, poor presentation, or rushed sales processes. Flyp exists to change that. By combining renovation, rental yield generation, and agent matchmaking under one roof, we offer homeowners a new kind of sales journey—smarter, more flexible, and ultimately more profitable.
To help us scale this vision, we’re looking for a Sales Director to take full ownership of the sales function—currently led by the founders and supported by a small but capable team.
The Role
This is not a clean-slate build, but it is very much a hands-on leadership role. We have warm inbound leads, strong brand positioning, and a small team in place—but need a senior commercial operator who can sharpen the process, improve consistency, and scale conversion.
In the early stages, you'll be leading from the front: converting leads yourself, testing messaging and pricing, refining our pitch, and building the foundations for a high-performance sales engine. Once the process is proven and repeatable, you'll take the reins growing the team.
