Senior Sales Development Executive – Waste and Recycling
Salary: £50,000–£55,000 base, plus car allowance and commission (£75,000 OTE)

A rewarding opportunity for an experienced Business Development Manager or Senior Sales Executive with a strong background in waste management and recycling sales.

Location: UK-wide role with flexible travel and working hours

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities to meet ambitious sales targets (ideally achieving or exceeding £1m annually).
  2. Travel to client sites as needed to foster and maintain strong relationships.
  3. Deliver accurate quotations and ensure project profitability.
  4. Lead tender processes to successfully secure contracts.

Qualifications & Experience:

  1. Demonstrated success in winning contracts within Waste Management, Industrial Services, or Facilities Management.
  2. Ideally, 3+ years of experience in the waste industry.
  3. In-depth operational knowledge of waste management to confidently engage corporate clients and sustainability teams in presentations.
