Currently based in Mitcham - with a likely relocation to Whyteleafe from January 2026
£28,000 per annum

About the Role


Our client is seeking a highly organised and proactive Senior Sales Coordinator to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and is passionate about delivering excellent customer service.


While the role is currently based in Mitcham, candidates must be able to commute to both Mitcham and Whyteleafe, as the business is likely relocating to Whyteleafe in January 2026. Ideally, you'll be located near Whyteleafe or Junction 6 of the M25 to make the transition smooth.


The sales team may be moving to a hybrid working model, but this is not yet confirmed, so candidates should be comfortable with an office-based role for now.


Key Responsibilities



  • Manage complex customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely resolution.

  • Support the sales team with processing large, custom, or complex orders.

  • Liaise with logistics and operations to ensure smooth delivery of products.

  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams.
