Job Description:

Main purpose of this role is to drive, improve and develop all sales controlling related processes, systems, and projects within Ardagh Glass Packaging – Europe. This includes reporting, analysis, planning, and supporting internal customers and product costing activities.

The role also involves system improvements, automation in SAP-COPA, BW, SAC, volume analysis, and coordination in intercompany sales and purchases.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate within and outside of AGP-E Finance and Sales Teams.
  • Ensure strong link to production and operations reporting.
  • Ensure accurate and timely analysis and reporting (daily, monthly, quarterly, yearly).
  • Participate in ad-hoc tasks and serve as key contact for European Sales Team.
  • Coordinate and support sales volume planning with regional Sales-Teams.
  • Identify and implement process, system, and reporting improvements for cross-functional efficiency.
  • Prioritize projects in relevant areas.
  • Contribute to yearly product costing and analysis.
  • Support innovative thinking and change management.
  • Drive SAP best practices and standardize procedures across locations.
  • Ensure timely SOX-controls.
  • Travel up to 25-30% as required.

Education & Training
  • Master’s or University degree in finance, controlling, or related field.
Experience
  • At least 10 years of experience, with 5+ in manufacturing.
  • Strategic planning and independent work skills.

  • Strong analytical and IT skills (SAP, BW, SAC, PowerBI, MS Office).
  • Excellent communication in Dutch, Danish, Swedish, Polish, German, and English.
  • Flexible, organized, results-oriented, proactive.
  • Ability to analyze data and trends effectively.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
