Job Title: Senior Sales Consultant

Location: Poole

Brand: Leaders

Salary: £26,870 OTE (uncapped)

Hours: Monday - Friday 08:45 - 17:30 and every other Saturday 09:00 - 13:00

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities

The Senior Sales Consultant will be responsible for growing the property register by winning instructions and assisting the Branch Manager in maximizing branch profit. You will build excellent rapport with clients, delivering a first-class experience every time. You will be part of a highly motivated and target-driven team.

Duties include:
  • Identifying and maximizing business opportunities
  • Advertising properties, booking viewings, and registering applicants
  • Delivering exceptional customer service both over the phone and face-to-face
  • Achieving personal and branch sales targets
  • Introducing new business and building local community networks through active networking
  • Acting as the communication link between clients and vendors, sharing information
  • Building strong internal and external relationships
  • Preparing accurate property details and ensuring precise data entry
  • Managing the sale process from viewing to closing
  • Supporting branch management with ad hoc tasks
Skills required:
  • At least 2 years’ experience as a residential sales agent with a proven track record in securing new business
  • Listing and/or valuation experience
  • Excellent sales ability
  • High-level customer service skills
  • Good telephone manner and positive attitude
  • Negotiation skills
  • Tenacity and self-motivation with a drive to succeed
  • Ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels
  • Adaptability to change
