With a Rolex in-store showroom, alongside other luxury horological marques, Breitling, Longines, TAG Heuer, Tudor, and Gucci they also house a stunning collection of pre-owned watches for sale.

Responsibilities
  • Appoint a salesperson who is adoring and experienced in horological retail sales, and who champions the sale and optimisation of timepiece sales in a brand-compliant, best-service manner.
  • Operate in a structured, observant, and respectful manner to uphold best-in-class in-store service standards and to identify the optimal client purchasing outcomes.
  • Provide advisory insight at depth, and articulate details to further qualify and define client needs as appropriate.
  • Uphold in-store standards and maintain agreed visual merchandising plans in best order; observe protocols to ensure merchandise remains pristine and ready for future sale.
  • Take responsibility for your share of work and contribute actively whenever opportunities arise. Embrace team play with sales colleagues, store management, and the business leadership.
Requirements
  • To be considered it is essential that you are already experienced selling premium and prestige watches from within a Luxury Watch retail sales environment.
  • Demonstrate staged progression in your CV.
  • Articulate and able to present all watch products with total fluency; understand commercial performance indices in Retail Jeweller.
  • Open to training — both in-house and in partnership with valued Watch suppliers.
  • Experience in selling pre-owned timepieces is advantageous.
  • Professional, with the ability to engender customer loyalty and inspire third-party recommendations.
  • Possess a proactive, blue-sky mindset to help the team service and widen store reach; viewed as a potential career partner ready to initiate and trailblaze.
