Key Responsibilities:
  • Meeting and registering new applicants
  • Organising and conducting viewings
  • Maintaining regular contact with clients and applicants, noting all correspondence
  • Achieving daily and weekly targets
  • Arranging and conducting viewings according to client instructions
  • Negotiating offers when instructed
  • Gaining an in-depth understanding of the local market to stay ahead of competitors
  • Working closely with the manager to identify and maximize new business opportunities
Skills and Experience:
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Full and clean driving license
  • Experience in a negotiator role or sales environment, preferably in estate agency or property sector (not essential)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
