Salary: 26k-36k DOE
Working Hours: 8.00am-5.00pm 3 days in the office, 2 WFH
Join our team to manage a diverse range of Property Services roles for Local Government and not-for-profit clients, developing a niche specialism within Asset Management, Compliance and Surveying services.
From supplying into our current PSL clients through to developing and building your own portfolio of customers, you’ll handle it all.
We seek a sales-driven individual who has recruitment experience in these vertical fields, or someone who has recruitment experience in the public sector, who is unafraid to engage in business development on the open market whilst simultaneously nurturing our warm client base. We expect the right candidate to be comfortable making proactive calls, enthusiastically connecting with smaller clients, showcasing, and selling our comprehensive offerings.
The Team
This role sits within our Public Sector team here based in central Leeds and works underneath our Senior Business Manager of Property Services across the North, alongside our fantastic Delivery Consultant. Our Senior Business Manager possesses over 10 years of experience on the market and enjoys continued success each year, meaning he has a wealth of experience and knowledge to share. He is excited to share his knowledge and market expertise with his new team member to further increase our presence within the market.

What you'll be doingOperating on a split desk between temporary and permanent positions but primarily focusing on temporary roles, this position calls for a fresh and dynamic perspective, infusing innovation into the recruitment process.
You will specialise in the Property Services vertical where your expertise lies, serving as the go-to ‘expert’ for both candidates and clients. Your primary responsibility will involve targeting line managers within that designated vertical, aiming to maximise opportunities for business acquisition and overall success.
