Job summary

Reiss Limited is seeking a Senior Sales Associate for our Gatwick North store on a permanent, full-time basis. You will support the day-to-day running of the store and motivate the team to meet and exceed sales and operational goals.

What's the role about?

As part of our Retail team, you'll be joining our store in Gatwick North,as a Senior Sales Associate on a permanent, full time basis. You'll be responsible for supporting the day-to-day running of the store and motivating team members to ensure all sales and operational goals are met and exceeded.

• Delivering an exceptional customer service experience

• Supporting the opening and closing of the store

• Delegating duties and responsibilities to sales team ensuring they deliver and complete to the highest standard in a timely manner

• Assisting the management team in leading the team to meet KPIs for the store
