As a Senior Sales Associate in their Mayfair Flagship boutique, you will be a key team member. You should have a natural ability to engage with clients and style, driving sales and supporting team goals.

The Role:

• Conduct daily 1:1 appointments with clients, both new and existing
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including VIPs and celebrities
• Demonstrate expertise in styling, tailoring needs, and lookbook curation
• Exceed sales targets and KPIs, individually and as a team
• Maintain strong knowledge of products, collections, and brand campaigns
• Collaborate with other Senior Sales Associates to coach and motivate staff
• Utilize cross-selling and upselling techniques to maximize sales
• Ensure the boutique environment reflects the luxury brand image at all times

About You:

• 3-5 years of experience in a luxury womenswear environment
• Strong styling and look curation skills
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
• Immaculate presentation and professional demeanor
• Excellent verbal and written English skills
• Deep understanding of luxury sales, current trends, and industry news

The Package:

• Basic salary of £38,000 per year
• Excellent commission structure and earning potential
