The Role

At Charles Tyrwhitt, our purpose is to "Make it easy for men to dress well," and we rely on our specialist teams to achieve this.

We are seeking a Senior Sales Assistant to work with Helen and the team at our York Designer Outlet store.

This is a 32-hour contract; candidates should be flexible to work weekends and some weekdays.

What you will be doing:

• Supporting and leading the sales team to exceed targets, maximize KPIs, and deliver excellent customer service.
• Using CT selling skills to drive store sales and coaching the team to do the same.
• Managing customer appointments and ensuring an exceptional in-store experience.
• Opening and closing the store, training and coaching Sales Assistants, and being a top seller.
• Assisting with operational, compliance, and admin tasks to ensure smooth store operations.

What we are looking for:

• Experience in retail or hospitality, preferably with store management exposure.
• Key Holder experience is a plus.
• A passion for customer service and selling.
