Job summary

Heron Foods in Castleford is hiring a Senior Part-Time Sales Assistant to lead on the shop floor and support daily operations. The role offers up to £13 per hour and part-time hours (12 or 20 per week), with opportunities to develop leadership skills in a fast-growing retailer.

You'll mentor colleagues, deliver excellent customer service, manage stock, and step into keyholder duties when management isn't present, ensuring smooth store performance and a positive customer experience.

What You'll Do:

As a Senior Part-Time Sales Assistant, you'll take on a key leadership role to keep the store running smoothly and successfully. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting and motivating the team to deliver exceptional results.
