Heron Foods is seeking a Senior Sales Assistant to join our team in a fast-paced store environment. This is a part-time role with leadership responsibilities, including team support, store presentation, and ensuring smooth daily operations on the shop floor.

You will lead by example, motivate colleagues, and provide excellent customer service while assisting with stock management and deliveries. Prior keyholder experience is a bonus as you help run the store in partnership with management.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting and motivating the team to deliver exceptional results.

• Maintaining an impeccable store presentation with well-stocked and tidy shelves.
• Assisting with stock management and overseeing deliveries.
• Acting as a keyholder and taking responsibility for the store in the absence of management (including store openings and closes).
