Senior Sales Assistant

We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our team as a Senior Sales Assistant on a 20 hour contract at our shop in Inverkeithing.

What You’ll Do

• Offer additional support to the manager, as part of the management team, in all aspects of operations of the shop.
• Assist management in leading by example and encouraging the team to achieve sales targets whilst providing customers with a great shopping experience.
• Participate actively in daily operations, including working on the till, assisting during busy periods, and maintaining cleanliness.
• Share morning, afternoon, and late afternoon shifts, leading shifts when required.
• Complete compliance tasks to ensure that the shop is running diligently.
• Handle cash and order stock to ensure optimum availability.

Although previous management experience is preferred, as long as you have the right attitude and work ethic - full training will be provided!
