A leading company in men's fashion is seeking a Senior Sales Assistant for their London store. This flexible part-time role includes responsibilities for store operations, customer service, and team collaboration, offering a supportive and dynamic work environment with numerous employee benefits.
The Role
At Charles Tyrwhitt, our purpose is to “Make it easy for men to dress well” and we rely on our specialist teams to achieve this.
We are currently looking for a Senior Sales Assistant to work with Kerry and the team at our Blomfield Street store.
This is a 12-hour per week contract (overtime available). Candidates must be flexible to work on weekdays and weekends.
What you will be doing
As a Senior Sales Assistant, you will collaborate with the store management team to ensure store operations are safe, legal, and efficient. You will be responsible for opening and closing the store, providing expert product knowledge to customers, and managing customer and wedding appointments. You will support the Store Supervisor in training and coaching Sales Assistants, maximizing sales opportunities to meet and exceed targets, and maintaining high visual merchandising standards. Additionally, you will handle deliveries, transfers, and merchandise processing accurately and efficiently.
What we are looking for
Experience in retail and management is preferred, but we value high enthusiasm, motivation, and strong communication skills. Your ability to build rapport quickly and deliver exceptional customer service is key to success in this role.
