This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Supervisor / Sales Assistant seeking progression to make a real difference.
All stock in our stores is new and donated by retailers, allowing us to offer designer and high street products at discount prices, creating a haven for bargain hunters and savvy shoppers.
The Senior Sales Assistant role involves driving sales, delivering excellent customer service, and acting as a key link between the Sales team and Store/Deputy Store Manager to generate funds supporting disabled children and their families. Flexibility and quick thinking are essential due to the changing nature of the product range and merchandising needs.
You will lead by example, promoting a positive store culture aligned with our Mission, Vision, and Values. Your motivation will come from driving customer service, achieving sales targets, and supporting the team, helping you realize your potential in a supportive environment.
You must be committed to operational excellence and customer focus. Previous retail experience is essential, along with the ability to work effectively with the Store Manager, Deputy Manager, and team, including volunteers. You will maximize sales and profit through coaching and supporting the team, maintaining high merchandising standards, and ensuring excellent customer service. Key holder responsibilities are part of this role.
