Position: Senior Sales and Lettings Negotiator

Job Profile

Your Move in Coalville is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Estate Agent to join our branch on a full-time, permanent basis.

This branch is part of National Home Move, a network of 63 Reeds Rains and Your Move franchise branches across England.

As a Senior Negotiator, you will:

1. Register customers and carry out property matches for both sales and lettings properties
2. Generate and conduct property viewings
3. Negotiate offers between all parties
4. Maximize branch income through cross-selling of services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance)
5. Display excellent customer service at all times
6. Be trained in valuations

Industry experience is essential for this role.

1. On Target Earnings (OTE) and basic pay to be discussed depending on experience
2. 6 months guaranteed commission pay
3. 5-day working week, including Saturdays on rota
