A leading independent agency in prime residential properties is looking for a Senior Sales & Lettings Coordinator in Kensington. The role involves managing sales and lettings administration, ensuring compliance, and providing support to directors. Wedgewood Estates is a well-established leading independent agency specialising in prime residential properties in Kensington, Chelsea, and Mayfair.
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Sales & Lettings Coordinator to join our friendly and professional team based on Kensington High Street.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Lettings administration including offer, instructions letters, Tenancy Agreements , Terms of Business and Memorandum of Sales
Managing property marketing listings, client onboarding, and all compliance checks (AML, GSC, EPC, Right to Rent, etc.)
Updating portals and internal systems with all required data
Assisting directors with ad hoc office duties and day-to-day operations
Requirements:
Proven experience in estate agency administration
Excellent IT, organisational and communication skills
Knowledge of property legislation and compliance
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and a team player
What We Offer:

Monday to Friday, 9:30am–6:00pm
