Salary Range: £35,000-45,000 p.a dependant on experience
We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Senior Sales and Event Manager to lead our team and drive sales and delivery of creative events across London and the UK. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales exceeding £1.5m annually, with strong influencing, closing, and relationship-building skills.
The Fendale Group unites catering brands like Caiger & Co., Archies & Spoilt for Choice, focusing on creativity, quality, and meaningful connections. We emphasize community initiatives, sustainability, and a collaborative culture, aiming to innovate and excel in hospitality.
Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, maintaining client relationships, leveraging networks, collaborating with marketing, and managing existing accounts. Key tasks involve managing inbound inquiries, proactive venue sales, developing sales plans, attending networking events, and managing venue opportunities.
Ideal candidates will demonstrate initiative, excellent presentation skills, catering/hospitality experience, negotiation skills, CRM proficiency, and fluency in English.
Key results include achieving sales budgets and managing a turnover of £1.5m. The role reports to the General Manager and CEO.
