Are you passionate about luxury events, creative menus, and sustainability? The Fendale Group seeks a Senior Sales and Event Manager.

The Fendale Group comprises a collection of catering brands in London, dedicated to delivering exceptional food and hospitality experiences. Our focus is on creativity, quality, and meaningful connections beyond the plate. We organize food experiences for various settings, from intimate dinners and weddings to large-scale brand events.

Our brands (Caiger & Co., Archies & Spoilt for Choice) each have unique flavors and focuses, all supported by a team with industry expertise and a commitment to quality.

We view hospitality as a platform for connection, creativity, and change. Through community initiatives like Plate for Change and Pillars, our sustainability efforts, and collaborative culture, we aim to innovate and improve continuously.

We are expanding and looking for an ambitious, experienced Senior Event and Sales Manager to lead our team and drive sales and delivery of creative events in prestigious London venues and across the UK. Our clients include arts, fashion, media, and blue-chip companies, along with private clients.

Currently, we work with a portfolio of exclusive boutique venues.

The ideal candidate will have strong influencing and closing skills, with a proven track record of achieving over £1.5m in sales annually. You will make a positive impression, possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, and be able to nurture stakeholder relationships internally and externally.

  • Maintain relationships with existing customers and develop new opportunities
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and growth
  • Build and maintain client relationships
  • Utilize your network to expand the client base
  • Coordinate with marketing on sales initiatives and promotions
  • Manage and grow existing client accounts, ensuring satisfaction
  • Provide sales reports and updates to senior management
Key Tasks:
  • Handle inbound inquiries for Archies & Caiger & Co., ensuring prompt responses
  • Proactively seek venue catering opportunities
  • Write and implement a sales plan to boost brand awareness and sales in target markets
  • Develop relationships with existing clients and identify new opportunities
  • Attend networking events to build industry and client networks
  • Hold weekly sales meetings with the Head of Events and General Manager
  • Identify and pursue new venue opportunities, including tenders
Experience & Skills:
  • Initiative and ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent presentation, articulate, confident, flexible, and enthusiastic
  • Catering and hospitality or venue tender experience
  • Ability to interact effectively with clients and staff at all levels
  • Negotiation skills
  • Experience with CRM systems like Pipedrive
  • Sales and marketing experience, preferably in events and hospitality
  • Excellent English communication skills
Key Results & Objectives:
  • Achieve sales targets
  • Manage a turnover of over £1.5m
