Overview

We are looking for a Full-time Senior Sales Advisor who is passionate about making real connections in Bicester Village!

Please note: If you are a student, you will be required to work through all holiday periods, including Christmas, as we are recruiting for long-term employees.

As a Senior Sales Advisor, you will deliver exciting and unique service to all customers, make connections, demonstrate products, and win repeat business through make-up lessons and appointments.

Responsibilities include:
  • Sales Goals: Achieve individual sales goals through customer engagement, product demonstrations, brow treatments, and booking appointments.
  • Teamwork: Support team members to meet counter and business needs.
  • Promotions and Events: Support in-store and external events, including product launches and charity events.
  • Administration: Complete daily and weekly worksheets, assist with counter management tasks.
  • Hygiene and Housekeeping: Keep the counter and displays clean and hygienic.
Qualifications:
