• Providing all-round administrative and customer service support in the sales department.
• Assisting the sales team with the management of client requirements.
• Liaising extensively with clients and building successful business relationships.
• Managing orders received by telephone and email, inputting on computer system.
• Tracking orders from instigation stage through to successful customer delivery.
• Raising customer invoices, managing payments received and inputting on system.
