Due to growth, we are looking for a Senior Inside Sales Representative to support our internal sales teams in customer service and administration.

As a Senior Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for being a huge support to the internal sales teams across XMA.

  • Working as the main point of contact for customers with any issues or administration that needs completing
  • Quoting and pipeline management to our customer with any inbound customer enquiries
  • Order and backorder management with customer Inventory control and suggesting alternative products if any stock issues
  • CRM management to maintain accurate records of customer contact
  • Strong customer service experience and confidence in handling inbound and outbound calls, ideally within the IT sector/IT Channel.
  • Familiarity with sales support functions
  • Experience with solving customer issues
  • Understanding of sales processes
  • Effective organiser and administer
