Job summary

CLS seeks an experienced IAM specialist to own Sailpoint IIQ operations and manage a third-party vendor responsible for day-to-day Sailpoint activities. You will support Joiner/Mover/Leaver processes, conduct healthchecks, patches and upgrades, and develop connectors to onboard new applications, while delivering strong client service to internal stakeholders.

This role requires a deep understanding of Sailpoint IIQ functionality, proactive process improvement, and the ability to collaborate

Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of Sailpoint IIQ and related IAM processes.
• Experience managing third-party vendors delivering managed services.
• Ability to support Joiner/Mover/Leaver processes and access recertifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Sailpoint IIQ healthchecks, performance, reporting, patches, upgrades, testing, and ad-hoc tasks.
• Manage a 3rd party vendor providing Sailpoint IIQ services and ensure SLA adherence.
• Onboard new applications to Sailpoint IIQ via connectors and develop required integrations.
