Qualifications

• Hands-on leadership of IAM teams with international client exposure.
• Extensive SailPoint IIQ design, onboarding, and RBAC implementation experience.
• Strong experience with Oracle HR onboarding into SailPoint and related integrations.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a team for application onboarding into SailPoint IIQ.
• Maintain operations support and triage P1/P2 incidents for IAM solutions.
• Design and enhance JML workflows and connectors within SailPoint IIQ.
• Engage with stakeholders and provide clear, actionable reporting.
