Overview:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with major cosmetic brands throughout their lifecycle in a market-leading global company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead safety activities during Innovation and NPD, ensuring products are safe throughout their lifecycle.
  • Manage the Cosmetovigilance program.
  • Maintain a relevant Safety Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Build scientific expertise in safety fields and technologies to improve products and protect brands.
  • Apply safety expertise to gain competitive advantage.
  • Represent No7 Beauty Company on expert committees.
  • Train technical and commercial teams on safety knowledge.
What you’ll need to have:
  • Qualifications and experience meeting regulatory requirements for a Safety Assessor, such as higher qualifications in Pharmacy, Toxicology, Medicine, or Dermatology.
  • At least 5 years’ safety assessment experience in FMCG or chemistry industries, cosmetics experience preferred.
  • Strong technical capabilities and external representation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
Additional assets:
  • Professional qualifications like DABT or UKRT.
  • Chemistry background and experience with OECD QSAR Toolbox.
