The Role

This is an excellent Senior Safety Case Consultant role, working for an established organisation with a growing reputation in their industry. The Safety Case Consultant will use prior experience within a similar role and will share their knowledge across various areas to support the business and their clientele for complex safety cases. Areas of expertise for the successful Safety Case Consultant include:

• Licensing & radioactive waste management

The successful Safety Case Consultant can be based at any of the client site locations, including Oxford, Warrington, or Whitehaven, but may be required to visit other sites on an ad hoc basis. The candidate will also need to obtain SC clearance.

The Safety Case Consultant will join a leading organisation in the nuclear industry, headquartered in Oxfordshire. The role offers a supportive team environment that rewards hard work and innovative thinking. The current work pattern involves 2 days in the office, with occasional travel to other sites.

What’s Required?

The ideal candidate will have some of the following:

• Prior experience as a Safety Case Consultant working on complex safety cases
• An understanding of areas such as decommissioning, optioneering, human factors, and radioactive waste management
• Current SC clearance is advantageous, but the ability to obtain SC clearance is acceptable
