A leading safety consultancy in the UK is seeking a Senior Safety Advisor to influence and improve the safety culture within their egg production facility. This role offers the opportunity to lead health and safety improvements, conduct risk assessments, and ensure compliance with UK legislation. Ideal candidates will have strong experience in manufacturing, hold a NEBOSH qualification, and be confident communicators. We are partnering with a well-established food manufacturing client in Derby who is seeking an experienced Senior Safety Advisor to support a high-performing production site.

The Opportunity

This is a hands‑on, influential role within a fast‑paced egg production facility. You will work directly with site leadership to drive standards, shape behaviours, and ensure safety is embedded into daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of health & safety systems
• Conduct risk assessments, audits, and site inspections
• Investigate incidents and near misses, identifying root causes
• Deliver training, toolbox talks, and safety briefings
• Ensure full compliance with UK health & safety legislation
• Partner with leadership teams to drive a proactive safety culture

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience in a senior H&S role within manufacturing or food production
• NEBOSH qualification (Diploma preferred or working towards)
