Join Rochdale Council as one of our Senior Safety Advisers within the Corporate Health & Safety Team, where you will play a pivotal role in helping us maintain a safe and compliant environment for all. You will provide expert consultancy advice, guidance, and support on health and safety standards and practices.

As a Senior Safety Adviser, you will:

• Provide advice and support on health and safety matters across the Council.
• Support the development and implementation of health and safety policies and procedures.
• Manage accident and incident data, conduct investigations and produce reports.
• Design and deliver health and safety training and promote a positive safety culture.
• Monitor compliance through audits and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Represent the Council at external and internal meetings, presenting reports and professional advice.
