Cummins Inc. is seeking a talented S2P Data Analyst Principal to join our IT Data Analyst Principal Department.

This role can be based anywhere in the UK or Europe within a commutable distance of a Cummins site, offering exposure to large transformation programs and cross-functional teams. You will drive data migration from legacy systems and SAP data structures, improve supplier master data quality, enable data readiness for deployment, and strengthen governance with stakeholders and the S360

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent practical experience.
• Significant experience in data analysis, data quality, data governance, master data management, or SAP data migration.
• Strong knowledge of Source to Pay processes, supplier master data, data profiling, and data management tools.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL data sources, BI platforms, and data quality solutions.
• Experience supporting enterprise transformation, ERP implementations, or large-scale data migration programs.
• Understanding of SAP master data structures and governance; supplier master data experience is desirable.
• Exposure to Agile development and modern data management practices.
• Familiarity with data cataloguing, governance frameworks, automation tools, and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Drive successful S2P data migration initiatives by analysing legacy systems and SAP data structures.
• Improve supplier master data quality through profiling, quality assessments, root cause analysis and remediation.
• Enable business readiness by cleansing, validating, and preparing supplier data for large transformations.
• Strengthen data integrity by partnering with stakeholders and the S360 Master Data Management team.
• Support end-to-end migration through extraction, transformation, validation, reconciliation and defect resolution.
• Develop scalable data cleansing, automation, profiling, and quality control frameworks.
• Provide leadership by assessing data readiness, monitoring quality metrics and driving issue resolution.
• Collaborate with procurement, finance, SAP teams, master data specialists and tech stakeholders.
