We are seeking a passionate, dynamic, analytical, innovative, hands-on, and customer-obsessed candidate. The S&OP analyst will lead demand planning, forming business partnerships with first and middle mile stakeholders and operational teams to ensure smooth operations and issue resolution.

This role supports the improvement and optimization of parcel shipping from fulfilment centres to customers. It involves coordinating and administering ongoing programs, volume planning, and designing process improvements across stakeholders, including fulfilment centres, Amazon Middle Mile services, and delivery stations. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, detail-oriented, and enjoys working with large data sets.

Success in this role requires comfort in interfacing with senior stakeholders, driving functional teams, and managing diverse responsibilities. An open mind, drive, and ambition are essential to foster innovation and operational improvements with autonomy.

Basic Qualifications:

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (macros, pivots, lookups, VBA)
• Fluent English, with strong communication skills
• Experience in analyzing operational metrics and problem solving
• Ability to evaluate priorities, resolve conflicts, and meet deadlines
