DESCRIPTION

We are now looking to hire a passionate, dynamic, analytical, innovative, hands-on and customer-obsessed candidate. The S&OP analyst act as the lead on demand planning and will form a business partnership with first and middle mile stakeholders and operational Teams ensuring smooth operations and resolving issues to deliver on plan.

You will support the trans network improve, and optimize the way parcels are shipped from our fulfilment centres and delivered to our customers. This role will oversee the coordination and administration of all aspects of an on-going program including volume planning, designing and optimizing process improvements across various stakeholders from fulfilment centres, Amazon Middle Mile services, and delivery station operational teams. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter comfortable with ambiguity, with good attention to detail, and enjoying working with large scale of data.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (i.e. macros, pivots, lookups, VBA)
  2. Fluent English, with strong written and oral communication skills
  3. Experience in deep diving operational metrics and problem solving
  4. Able to evaluate priorities appropriately, resolve conflict and deliver within time constraints

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Master's degree preferred
  2. Advanced proficiency in SQL/ETL
  3. Knowledge of project management, handling multiple priorities, and working with varied stakeholders
  4. Work experience within a network planning or logistics/operations management role
  5. Exceptional organization skills and ability to organize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  6. Sound business judgment, proven ability to influence others, and strong analytical thinking skills
  7. Experience leading and interacting with cross-functional teams
  8. Strong executive presentation skills
