Job summary

Tempest Vane Partners is looking for a senior Rust/Solana engineer to design and build wallet infrastructure for a greenfield digital asset platform. You will work on secure, scalable systems in Rust and contribute to the platform architecture.

You will collaborate with leadership to shape the technical roadmap, integrate with exchanges and cloud environments, and operate across Solana-based wallet technologies within a regulated fintech setting.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial experience with Rust and Solana development.
• Experience building wallet or wallet-related infrastructure.

My client is an institutionally backed Crypto Fintech building the next generation of digital asset infrastructure. Backed by some of the biggest names in financial services, they are developing a regulated, institutional-grade custody and tokenisation platform designed to accelerate the adoption of digital assets globally.

• Familiarity with CI/CD, Kubernetes and modern engineering practices.
• Passion for Crypto and the future of institutional digital assets.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to staking, DeFi, tokenisation and ZK technologies.
• Experience working within Financial Services or other highly regulated environments.
