We've partnered with a London-based Cryptocurrency tech company that builds MEV infrastructure in Rust.

As a Senior Rust Engineer here, you'll be part of a close-knit team of about 12 engineers, developing low-latency asynchronous Rust systems and tackling algorithmic challenges. You will play a key role in building their core infrastructure as they scale.

Responsibilities of the Senior Rust Engineer include:

• Improving low-latency block building infrastructure
• Designing and developing new features using Rust
• Optimising network infrastructure

The ideal Senior Rust Engineer will have:

• Strong programming skills in Rust with proven commercial experience (C++, Go are a plus)
• Experience writing high-performance code in finance-related environments (Trading, Quant, Crypto)
• Solid understanding of database development, especially in Postgresql
• An interest in Blockchain development (exposure or experience is a plus but not required)

This role is based in central London at their WeWork offices, with a hybrid working policy. No core days are set; the expectation is to work approximately 3 days in the office.
