Company Overview
A global high-frequency trading (HFT) proprietary firm is expanding its Digital Assets Technology team. Known for their deep expertise in market making and liquidity provision, they operate across traditional and digital asset markets with a strong engineering-first culture. This team builds some of the fastest and most reliable trading infrastructure in the world, where milliseconds matter and innovation is constant.
Role Overview
The firm is looking for an experienced Rust Engineer to join its on-chain trading team. This hybrid role is at the forefront of decentralised finance, where you’ll build low-latency systems that interact directly with blockchain protocols. You’ll contribute to real-time event-driven architectures, smart contract systems, and on-chain infrastructure that underpins a high-volume, high-performance trading operation.
Engineers here are empowered to own their systems end-to-end, experiment with new technologies, and ship code that makes a direct impact on PnL. This is a rare opportunity to write Rust at scale in production, surrounded by deeply technical colleagues in one of the most competitive environments in finance.
