Job summary

The Adecco Group supports a leading global financial services organisation in London to recruit an experienced UiPath Senior RPA Developer for the automation team. The role spans designing, developing, deploying and supporting enterprise-scale automation across the lifecycle.

You will work hands-on with solution design, production support and continuous improvement, owning automation projects from concept to deployment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering end-to-end automation solutions from design through deployment.
• Strong knowledge of UiPath and Orchestrator within enterprise contexts.
• Ability to work with stakeholders and deliver documentation (SDDs).
• Experience in regulated financial services environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain enterprise automation solutions using UiPath
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define automation opportunities
• Produce technical documentation including Solution Design Documents (SDDs)
• Support automation deployments and production releases
• Investigate and resolve automation incidents within live environments
• Develop and maintain integrations with databases and business applications
• Contribute to automation best practice, governance and continuous improvement initiatives
• Participate in Agile delivery processes and sprint activities
• Support future automation capabilities including cloud based technologies and AI driven solutions
• Strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle

• Experience working with SQL Server and database integrations
