Job summary

Claires Court School Boat Club is seeking a dedicated coach to deliver technical coaching for Year 9 and Year 10 athletes in Maidenhead. You will develop rowers from beginners to competitive level and lead sessions for boys and girls junior squads, fostering a high-energy, positive team culture.

You will track attendance and athlete development, coordinate training, equipment, and logistics, and drive minibuses to events. A strong focus on safeguarding and safety is essential.

Thames in Maidenhead, Claires Court School Boat Club (CCSBC) is a vibrant and ambitious rowing community with an elite pedigree. We pride ourselves on developing homegrown talent, taking athletes from their very first strokes to the pinnacle of the sport. Within the last decade, we are the only school in the world to have produced winners in both boys and girls events at Henley Royal Regatta from complete beginners. Requirements

• British Rowing Level 2 (or equivalent experience) preferred
• Experience coaching junior athletes or competitive rowing background
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Willingness to drive minibuses and tow trailers (training provided)
• RYA Powerboat Level 2 (or willingness to obtain)
