The Great Western Hospital are currently looking to expand their Radiology department to support the recovery and current demand within diagnostics. The Radiology department hosts digital plain film rooms, multiple CT scanners, Interventional and Mobile equipment. This is a fantastic opportunity for established Radiographers with NHS experience looking to increase their knowledge and work with state-of-the-art equipment which currently includes a 5% recruitment and retention premium. The Radiology Department undertakes approximately 251,300 examinations a year ranging over a variety of modalities. The department supports the development of your clinical skills and education; we encourage staff CPD. The Great Western Hospital conducts diagnostic radiological examinations across a range of clinical specialities, adapting techniques to accommodate a range of patient types; both as an autonomous practitioner and as part of a multidisciplinary team, in a manner that meets professional, departmental and legal requirements.
