Job summary

Atlas NextWave is seeking a Senior Rotating Equipment Engineer to provide technical leadership across operations, ensuring safety, reliability and performance of critical rotating equipment assets.

You will lead troubleshooting, support maintenance strategies and liaise with OEMs, vendors and offshore teams to resolve complex technical issues, while upholding industry standards and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Significant experience with offshore rotating equipment.
• Strong background in maintenance, reliability and asset performance.
• Experience with compressors, turbines, pumps and power generation equipment.
• Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
• Knowledge of offshore oil & gas, energy or industrial process environments.
• Chartered or Incorporated Engineer status would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for rotating equipment including compressors, pumps, gas turbines, generators and associated systems.
• Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis and reliability improvement initiatives.
• Support maintenance strategies, asset integrity programmes and lifecycle management.

• Review modifications, upgrades and engineering changes.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and company procedures.
