Job description

ACR Recruitment & Training LTD are seeking a passionate and motivated Senior Room Manager, Room Manager, Nursery Practitioner with a minimum of Level 2 and 3 qualification in Childcare. We primarily seek full-time staff but are also open to:

  1. Nursery Practitioner Level 2/3 to work 3 or 4 days per week (considered)
  2. The Room Manager position for the 0-walkers room
  3. The Senior Room Manager role covering the 0-2s unit and toddler room, with an initial focus on the baby room

Nursery Qualifications:

  • Level 2 or 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification (essential)
  • Management positions Level 3 and above
  • Knowledge of EYFS

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensuring all aspects of the key persons role are maintained
  • Fostering strong relationships with parents, staff, and external professionals to meet individual children's needs
  • Ensuring all policies and procedures are followed at all times
