A leading childcare provider in Harlow is looking for a Senior Room Leader to guide and support the team. This role requires a Level 3 Childcare qualification and prior experience in a senior capacity. You will manage a team of practitioners while ensuring the developmental needs of children are met. The position offers flexible working hours, a competitive salary of £28,000 per annum, and various benefits including health and wellbeing support.

Are you a Senior Room Leader? Great! We are looking to bring on board a childcare professional at our Busy Bees Harlow Nursery.
As a Senior Room Leader with us, you will guide and support the team by role modelling your knowledge and best practice. In this role, you may wish to enrol on a Management Qualification with our very own in-house training academy to develop your leadership skills and potentially achieve a promotion!

To apply for a qualified role, you must hold a Level 3 Childcare qualification and have previous experience as a Senior Nursery Room Leader, Senior Nursery Room Manager, or Senior Nursery Practitioner.
