Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' estimating experience in flat roofing systems.
• Experience with rainscreen cladding.
• Ability to interpret drawings and perform take-offs.
• Proficiency in Bluebeam and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tender submissions and take-offs from drawings.
• Calculate project rates including labour, materials and preliminaries.
• Produce client bills of quantities and pricing documents.
• Create scope-marked drawings using Bluebeam.
• Attend project handover meetings with design and management teams.
• Maintain detailed records of tender submissions and RFIs.
