Senior RNLD - Mental Health & Learning Disabilities
Location: Remote (with occasional travel across South Wales)
Contract: Full-Time | Permanent
Salary: Up to 55,000 per annum

We are proud to be working with a well-established mental health provider to recruit an experienced and motivated Senior RNLD to support their specialist services across South Wales.

This is a unique and flexible remote-based role, with occasional travel to clinical sites. You'll play a key leadership role in delivering and enhancing person-centred care for individuals with complex mental health needs, learning disabilities, and additional needs related to substance misuse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert clinical support and advice to services across the region
  • Monitor and improve care quality, safety, and compliance
  • Conduct clinical assessments, reviews, and audits
  • Mentor and supervise junior staff, contributing to training and development
  • Support service users with dual diagnosis (learning disabilities and substance misuse)
  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams and senior management

  • Strong leadership, organisational, and clinical skills
  • Willingness to travel across South Wales when required
