Amberley Hall Care Home in King's Lynn is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide high-level clinical care and leadership for residents. Reporting to the Clinical Care Manager, you will ensure care delivery aligns with dementia and relationship-centred care principles.

The role offers a competitive hourly rate (£25.45) with a holiday uplift, flexible shift patterns across Mon-Sun, and a supportive team within a purpose-built 106-bedroom home.

Qualifications

• Qualified and NMC registered RN, RMN or RNLD with 1 year post-registration experience.
• Proven track record leading and motivating a clinical team.
• Experience delivering relationship-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Assist Clinical Care Manager with care delivery and assessment planning.
• Ensure care plans are regularly audited and reflect residents' needs.
• Engage with residents in meaningful activities respecting dignity.
• Lead the clinical team in line with Athena vision.
