PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
We are seeking motivated, customer-focused individuals to join as Senior Reliability Maintenance Engineering Technicians. The role focuses on ensuring safety regulations and policies are followed, preventative maintenance is performed timely and to high standards, and equipment availability is maximized through continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities include:
- Demonstrate best practices in equipment safety and monitor teams for compliance
- Track equipment performance via visual checks, condition monitoring, and scheduled maintenance
- Supervise technicians on shift, support their development, and act as the first contact for Reliability Maintenance Engineers
- Troubleshoot equipment issues to reduce downtime and enhance processing speed
- Contribute to system improvements and standardization across the EU network

A typical day involves leading a team to ensure equipment readiness, monitoring processes for compliance, and implementing efficiency improvements across the EU. The role involves working shifts, possibly including weekends and nights, at one of our operational sites. Progression opportunities into more senior roles are available as you gain experience.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Full Engineering Apprenticeship and/or NVQ Level 3 or higher in a relevant Engineering field
- Experience in technical leadership roles
- Experience in electrical and mechanical disciplines
- Experience with automation or material handling equipment
- Proficiency in English (verbal and written)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience in multi-contractor, multi-site environments
- Knowledge of PLC control systems and compliance standards
- Experience with computerized maintenance management systems
- Degree in a technical or operational discipline
