Job summary

The Emerald Group Ltd, Search and Selection is seeking an experienced Pricing Manager to lead Pricing Analysts and Senior Pricing Analysts in a complex insurance pricing environment. You will develop and validate predictive models, create robust data sets for modelling and monitoring, and oversee deployment of pricing changes.

You will mentor junior staff, influence senior stakeholders, and translate advanced analytics into actionable business insights.

Qualifications

Degree educated (or equivalent) in a numerical or analytical discipline, demonstrating strong quantitative capability.

Responsibilities

Manage, develop and coach Pricing Analysts and Senior Pricing Analysts.
Develop, validate, review and approve predictive and machine learning models.
Develop and deliver up-to-date datasets for modelling, pricing and monitoring.
Maintain pricing models and support their deployment.
Carry out pricing analyses and prepare recommendations for senior stakeholders.
Deploy and review rate releases in the rate engine/live environment.
Combine MI, modelling results and company targets to evaluate pricing performance.
Lead projects across all stages of the price control cycle as required.
