Ridge is seeking a Risk and Opportunity Manager within the Integrated Project Controls group. You will support the development of risk and opportunity management capabilities, deliver QRA services, and work across client sites on a hybrid basis from Ridge offices, client sites and home office.
You will lead monitoring, governance and mentoring within a national role, helping maximise project outcomes while managing risk across portfolios and contracts.
As a practitioner within the Integrated Project Controls group, operating as part of the infrastructure team, the Risk and Opportunity Manager will be responsible for supporting the development of the risk and opportunity management capability within the business whilst delivering risk and opportunity management services to internal and external clients. This will focus on the identification and mitigation of risks and the identification and realisation of opportunities to maximise the likelihood of meeting project goals, delivering programme requirements, and achieving Portfolio / contract objectives. It will also involve the delivery of QRA services - both schedule and cost (either jointly or independently). This is a national role therefore your base office will be agreed to align with the role requirements and your home location. You will work on a hybrid basis of: Ridge office, client site office and home office.
