We’re looking for a dynamic, pragmatic Senior Risk Manager to help bring order to complexity, without slowing us down. This role will lead the creation and rollout of a practical, business-friendly Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) approach across the group. Our goal is to make risk part of everyday decision-making, not just a box to tick.
In a business that moves fast, in a highly regulated environment, this role will bring clarity and structure where it matters most, supporting executive and business leaders with clear insight. You’ll work closely with a highly involved Executive team that wants frameworks that work in the real world, not as a paperwork exercise.

This role reports to the Head of Risk & Financial Services Compliance and will be joining a wider team of Legal & Compliance professionals. You'll interact with Executives and Senior leaders across this business to deliver the enterprise risk management framework.
