The Role

As a Senior Risk Manager, you'll perform complex activities within the Project Management function, supporting Major bids and projects within our Mission Systems business area.

• Manage the Risk Management process across tenders and projects.
• Author, implement, and maintain the Project Risk Management plan.
• Implement Risk Management policies, procedures, and instructions.
• Establish and maintain Risk Governance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Plan and facilitate risk workshops.

This role is full time, 37 hours per week, with hybrid working arrangements: 2 days in the office and 3 days remote.

Essential Experience

• Implementing Risk Governance, methodologies, processes, systems, and tools.
• Experience across full project lifecycle.
• Managing Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies.
• Developing and delivering Quantitative Risk Assessment models.
• Experience in Project Controls, including scheduling and cost management.
• Advanced risk and opportunity management techniques, including quantitative risk analysis modeling.
• Experience in complex defence and/or engineering projects or programmes.

Qualifications

Security Clearance

The successful candidate must be a UK national eligible for Security Check (SC) clearance, starting potentially with Standard (BPSS) clearance.
